The abominal snowman in his opinion would like to make a delicious sno-cone out of the little penguin's home. The little penguin might think the snowman's opinion is funny or maybe even scary. 
Opinions can be truthful. Other times there might not be any truth in it at all. It is not good to judge a movie, book or person based on someone's opinion. It is better to find out the truth for yourself.
